DELIVERY / SHIPPING POLICY: FLOWERLAB deliver its products to all UAE and mainly Abu Dhabi. Shipping will be done by FLOWERLAB or third party (Delivery company). Delivery will be done the same day to all UAE. Free Deliveries and Delivery rates vary as per Emirate and location of the receiver. The Range of Delivery rate will be from minimum charges of AED 50 up to AED 300.

Minimum delivery charges will be applied as agreed with the Client and FLOWERLAB Team prior while ordering of products. Delivery delays will be avoided by providing FLOWERLAB with full address along with the receiver information and confirmation by the sender.

Once the payment is made, the confirmation notice will be sent to the client upon confirmation of the payment with FLOWERLAB.

REFUND POLICY: FLOWERLAB may depending on the circumstances, refund the price of the product or provide other solutions such as resending the product or resending a different gift of the same value. As we are working with fresh products it will be to our complete discretion what solution will be suitable and applicable. Refunds will be made onto the original mode of payment and will be processed within 2 to 14 days depends on the issuing bank of the credit cards.

Refunds can be done by different mode of payment upon agreement by FLOWERLAB and the receiving client.

We accept return of products only if the products delivered were damaged, or incorrect ones. Kindly notify the delivery agent at the time of receiving the products. Any damage caused by the customer will not be eligible for refund. Return of products for change of mind should be notified within 2 hours of delivery.

Please note we reserve the right to refuse any returned shipments if the product has been used or tampered with. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

If you change your mind, or wish to cancel your order, please contact us the soonest via WhatsApp or mail confirmation.

Provided your order has not been taken into production we will be able to change your order or cancel the order and provide a refund where applicable.

If the order is out for delivery, but has not reached its destination we will aim to contact the driver to cancel the delivery. However, we will not be able to provide a refund of the product due to the vulnerability and quality of the fresh products used.

NO REFUND POLICY AND NO CANCELLATION: FLOWERLAB will clearly communicate with the customer and the cardholder in case of such an event arises and it shall be done before purchase decision is made.
